(a) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University to the approval of the Engineer. A recognised Professional Qualification would be a distinct advantage. (b) Experience: Minimum 12 years demonstrable experience in all aspects of supervision of large diameter tunnelling projects and deep underground structures. Experience must include all Health & Safety and Environmental Protection aspects of the construction and operation of large diameter tunnelling projects. He should be able to evaluate and monitor the progress of the Works in accordance with the submitted Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) along with the Cost Breakdown Structure and Resources Breakdown Structure. Must have ability to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and experience in Primavera software is a must. (c) General: Proactive acumen and an ability to manage multiple work areas on site are essential.

Structural Design Engineer specialized in RC and steel structure design to take independent role in the design of various schemes related to building and infrastructure projects. Candidates must have the following as a minimum: BSc in Civil engineering from a well known University. At least 12 years experience in relevant fields. Knowledge of relevant computer design software like STAD Pro, ETAB etc. Must be fluent in English language. Middle East experience is an advantage.

(a) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a Quantity Surveying Discipline from a recognized University to the approval of the Engineer. A Post-Graduate Degree in Project/ Programme Management or Construction Contract Law would be a distinct advantage. (b) Experience : Minimum 10 year experience in construction related quantity surveying. Experience must include major tunnelling projects, underground structures and surface water drainage networks projects. Experience in preparing construction project monthly valuation. Experience in evaluating Site Instructions and Variation Orders. Experience in assessing and evaluating Contractor’s Claims. He/ She must demonstrate necessary skills to implement methods for dispute avoidance and resolution. (c) General :Must be able to demonstrate leadership and staff management.

(a) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited University to the approval of the Engineer. (b) Experience: Minimum Twelve (12) years Industrial experience in construction preferably in drainage systems/Sewerage Networks projects. Experience in quality control and quality assurance within the tunnelling, RC structures and surface water drainage domain. Particular emphasis on Quality Assurance Specifications and Statistical Quality Control. Should be able to review and justify the material submissions, analyse laboratory and technical reports, carry out acceptance sampling plans, testing and quality measures, ensuring the compliance with the project’s specifications.
